Campus town in Ames, Iowa, is the only commercial region immediately abutting the central campus of IowaStateUniversity. It falls just south of LincolnWay. Rather generous boundaries would be comprised of State Street to the west, Beach Ave to the east, and Mortensen Road to the south. It is centered on the intersection of LincolnWay with WelchAve.
